Urgent Practice Notice
To help us manage your reason for contacting the surgery, the receptionist may ask you for some information about the reason for your call.
Please cooperate with them so we can help you as quickly and safely as possible.
All surgeries are by appointment. Appointments are made in person or by telephone. Please make a separate appointment for each person. If the appointment offered is not soon enough for your liking, a Doctor is available every day for urgent problems.
Online booking for appointments
These can only be booked for the registered patient and not in the names of family members. Please call into the surgery for registration papers so that each patient can have their own log in details.
You can now order repeat prescriptions and book/cancel your appointments online.
To use EMIS Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password that will be unique to you.
You need to call in to reception to pick up a registration form or click the link below to Register Online.

SMS Reminder Service
Please note, the surgery is now operating an SMS appointment reminding system. Reminders will be sent 48 hours before your appointment is due in order to prevent missed appointments. Please keep your mobile number up to date with Reception.
