- Pam is amazing and very thorough. Doctors are brilliant.

- My experiences to date have far exceeded the service I have experienced at other establishments.

- Nurse Vanessa Catlin was amazing and made e very at ease and less nervous – thank you Mrs Catlin.

- Liked the process used for immunisations today – 2 nurses looked after my child which worked really well.

- Difficult to get appointments. Vanessa is wonderful.

- Thank you for all you do.

- Trying to book appointments is very frustrating.

- ANPs are excellent.

- Fab place.

- I have been with the practice all my life (64 years) and it is the best it has ever been.

- Annie, Practice Nurse lovely and such a caring nature with words and puts you at ease.

- Impossible to get an appointment as a full time worker.

- Possible to hear Dr. outside upstairs consultation rooms.

Additional Comments 

- Only problem is the phone system. Let’s down a wonderful new surgery.

- I would give reception staff excellent if it wasn't for the 1 bad egg. Sorry ladies the rest of you are fabulous.
The mannerisms and tone of which a patient is treated and spoken to should be consistent by all staff. Regardless of the background of any of your staff.

- If all the receptionist were as helpful, professional and polite as the best ones. The phones are ridiculous. Spent a lot of money on a great building but still missing some interpersonal skills from some staff.
