Book An Appointment

The surgeries range from 8.00am till 17.30pm Monday to Friday with a later Monday evening from 18.30pm to 20.30pm. However, we also offer a range of appintments outside of core hours at one of our many neighbouring surgeries via Enhanced Access.

At the time of booking your appointment you will be given a time when the clinician hopes to be able to see you.

You will not have to wait more than 20 minutes in the waiting room without receiving an explanation for any unavoidable delay.

If you arrive 10 minutes or more late for your appointment, you will be asked to rebook.

The Practice appointment system is facilitated by a team of Care Co-ordinators who are trained to help patients access the most appropriate service or clinician as easily and as effectively as possible. The Care Co-ordinator working as part of the Practice team will ask you few questions in realtion to your symptoms to enable them to direct you to the most appropriate Healthcare Professional in a suitable time frame.  Please refer to our navigation toolkit to sign post you to book with the correct health professional Navigation Toolkit. However please be assured that all information you share to any member of the practice team will be always treated in confidence and are bound by the same codes of conduct as the doctors.

The clinical team work across both sites. Once you have contacted the surgery you will be advised of appointment availability.

Please note all consultations are by appointment only.

A wide selection of our appointments can be booked in advance with a clinician of your choice. However please note that when booking an appointment within 48 hours it is not always possible to see the clinician of your choice.

All surgeries have extra appointment capacity for medical emergencies only. This means you will be seen the same day if your condition determines it. You are unable to pre-book an emergency appointment as emergencies will be seen at the next available appointment slot.

The care co-ordinator will need to ask you questions regarding your condition to help ensure that you are given the most appropriate care as quickly and as effectively as possible. Please be aware confidentiality is a priority to us, so please be assured that all information provided will be treated in the strictest of confidence. All staff, regardless of their role are bound by the same codes of conduct as the doctors.
