HOW TO ORDER YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS
ONLINE:
The safest and most secure way to order your prescription would be doing this online via the NHS App https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/. You would need you download the NHS app and provide your NHS number and some photographic ID.
Prescription Order Slip:
Please visit the surgery and a member of the Reception Team will be happy to print your prescription list for you to complete and drop into the Prescription box, located at the entrance.

If you are having difficulty ordering your prescription, please speak to a member of our trained Medicines Team, who are available Tuesday to Friday 13:00 until 15:00 by telephoning directly on 01772 972224 Option 1.
Collecting your prescription
All medication is reviewed regularly by a clinician or clinical Pharmacist. At times you may be asked to attend the surgery for an appointment to review your medication. Due to the high volume of requests received by the practice each day please ensure you allow two full working days before collecting the prescription from your nominated pharmacy.
